Cancellation policy
The KollabRT extension is offered to you as a subscription, with a one-month free trial. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel your subscription.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, your subscription will be auto-renewed at the end of their duration based on the subscription frequency that you select (monthly or annually).
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged each time your subscription auto-renews.
If you don't want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. Or you may cancel your monthly or yearly subscription at any time with the click of a button after logging into your Kollab user account at https://kollabrt.com/account/login.
Refund Policy
We aim to be fair and reasonable to our customers, just as we’d want to be treated. Our refund policy reflects that. That's why we offer you the full version of KollabRT free for 30 days so that you're sure you want it before you subscribe to KollabRT thereafter.
If you pay for a month or a year and then cancel before the month or year is up, we make sure you aren’t charged in the future. Your account and the Kollab extension will be accessible until your paid period ends.
There are no refunds for the lifetime account, so please ensure that you really love Kollab enough to make that jump from a free trial or monthly or annual plan to lifetime access.
